Had Cameron Gunnels tie up my property mid last year for a couple months with funding issues, while also asking me to keep the vacant unit un-rented during that time period. Also reassured me in person that “his friend” was having problems getting funding but he would take care of it. Took his sweet time signing release papers as well.
