We met Gunnar through Zillow. He started showing us properties within a few hours and really listened to understand our needs and wants. He is very knowledgeable on the market, neighborhoods and differences between buying a re-sale vs a new build. Our prior home was out of state so the process is different in CO. He answered all our questions and guided us completely through the process. Although I know he has many clients, he made us feel like we were his top priority. Highly recommend Gunnar.
