My first and last interaction with Toni Simpson was exceptional he has the best customer service manners and knowledge of what he is doing. Made an appointment to have my Honda Accord serviced for a recall and all was explained of what was required before the appointment and also explained what was done. I drove in and Toni came out and asked if I had any questions, he kept me informed on the status of my vehicle and when it was ready an I picked it up he took care of the paperwork.

I decided to make an appointment at Gunn Honda to have a general maintenance done. Chanti was exceptional with her communication, explaining everything and calling with updates throughout the day. The maintenance was done in a timely manner and for a reasonable price. Will definitely be returning!
