Gunn Honda of San Antonio is one of the cleanest, most organized dealerships I've been to. Even the used cars are kept under shade, which shows real attention to detail and care for the inventory. When I arrived, a salesman asked if I needed help, and then let me browse at my own pace without any pressure, which is different than most dealerships that I've visited. They took care of my car quickly so I could get to work on time! Rosa was very nice and helpful.
Everything went smoothly and I think they earned a 5 Star Rating in my opinion. I have several dealers within a 50 mile radius but no one performed like Gunn in San Antonio despite the longer drive. The salesman, Austin, did an outstanding job and when asked hard questions he got an answer quickly. No B S just an honest reply. The closing person was great and didn’t get pushy about add on’s and just understood my reasons .
