I purchased a brand new vehicle that I thought I was going to love. However the car has turned out to be a bit of a disappointment but the biggest disappointment has been the way the staff at Gunn has responded. Only 2 months after owning the vehicle I had to replace a defective tire. This wasn't a huge ordeal but then problems kept adding up. Finance was a joke and conducted business in an extremely unethical and immoral fashion. I had absolutely no issue with Laz and the sales process, but I cannot believe the way finance handled our purchase. We were told we were purchasing tinting (so much so that Laz was working with us to coordinate scheduling that) and a paint protection plan. We pulled in off the interstate with a low tire sensor. Just happened to be in front of Gunn Chevrolet. As soon as we pulled in they had someone check our tire pressure and take it right back. Told us we still had 10,000 more miles on the tires, so we requested it be plugged. While waiting in the waiting area, we overheard an employee tell an elderly lady that her brakes were still good and she had 3-4 more months on them and he didn’t want her to waste her money on brakes if she felt she could wait. That’s awesome service.

Sunday around noon my check engine light comes. I run over to auto zone to get a diagnosis. By 5pm my car starts randomly dying in the middle of the road without warning. Immediately Monday morning I Gunn Chevrolet in Selma. They tell me that they cant look at my car for 2 weeks. They cant even give me a loaner car. The extended warranty which I paid around $5,000 for seems to be a waist of my money. The warranty will only cover the cost of a rental car after my car has been looked at by Gunn.
