I've always received great service at Gunn Buick GMC. This time it was cost that was disappointing. The oil change $$$ went up some but it also now does not include free tire rotation. That is extra. I was not informed of this and was surprised by rhe total. I can get free Tire Rotation at Discount where I got the tires. And probably just start changing the oil myself. I'll save some money and probably take less time on a Saturday morning.
Service was accommodating and efficient.
Just had my 1st service at Gunn GMC on Friday March 6th. Scheduling was very easy and the service advisor seemed to genuinely have my interest in mind. The value for money will never be as competitive as outside providers, but it was ok. I was informed every step of the way. Overall a good job.
