Placed a request for service and they were able to come out the same day, even earlier than they thought. I had a unique problem in an older commercial building for which they were able diagnose and solve. Both technicians were super friendly. I was routinely notified of the progress, which was nice. The area was cleaned up as if there hadn't been a problem. I would recommend them again!

Got an estimate to install central air on an existing furnace. He did the work for what was qouted. Said it would take about 4 days. It took them two weeks to do the job. One of his workers cracked the sheet rock in our kitchen ceiling. Told us he had a construction crew and would have it fixed. Took him one week to attempt to fix the ceiling himself( not his "construction crew"). The patch was about 18"×18" (not a big patch). When we had enough I told him I would fix it myself. If I could give them a lower review I would. I paid them to install a new outdoor wood boiler. They came out claiming to know how to properly hook up and install the radiant flooring. They had no idea what they were doing. They claimed to have everything operational with my stove and be able to heat my house as well as my shop. Neither are operational. They also did not want to honor their invoice and tried to charge for adapters. When the invoice clearly states all parts are covered. Then proceeded to call me a liar to my f... read more

They were actually great to work with. They were very thorough and had reasonable prices. I was very pleased with the work.
