My annual physical with Dr. Couch is very detailed and pleasant, starting with the Lab work and other physical and mental cognitive testing completed a week prior to meeting with Dr. Couch. During the time spent with Dr. Couch (always over one hour) a detailed review on my health is made in additional to other physical procedure conducted by Dr. Couch. Dr. B is always happy to see me and to provide the best medical care or solution he can for his patients. There has never been a time in our over 15 year relationship that he didn’t “show up” when I needed him. Outrageously wonderful staff that always helps to make things happen which supports the patients and Dr. B. So glad he is available to us here in Carson City! Thank you to you and your staff. He spends time listening to what I say. He makes sure he understands what concerns me. He gives me advice I can follow. He's available when something urgent happens. He keeps up with the important medical developments. He does a really good job.

When I arrived I was immediately greeted by the receptionist. What was the most amazing thing though, was that my appointment was at 9:00 and I went back at 9:00. Let me repeat...my appointment was at 9:00am and they called me back at 9:00am! That has NEVER happened that I can remember. I felt that I had his whole attention and that he was not just trying to get to the next patient like so many other providers. My visit was part 2 of my annual physical exam. As usual, Dr Feldan is thorough and in summarizing my results, he went into granular detail, prompting questions and providing detailed answers.
I was Fortunate to work with Dr. Bortz's off of Orbelin dr. He was a great Doctor, Boss and Teacher. He was also my personal doctor.
Dr. Ellis spent a lot of time with me and was very detailed and thorough. He is a good listener and makes the patient feel at ease. He is interested in helping you stay healthy. I have already recommended Dr. Ellis to other family members.
