I just had my furnace, air conditioner, heat pump and water heater replaced. Jose and Dave did an excellent job and cleaned up afterward. I am totally satisfied with their workmanship and courteous service. Margaret Duncan
I called and spoke with Joe about a sink issue at my rental home. He was very polite and explained to me that an initial fee of $89 dollars would be due for the trip but would be included in the total of the bill if the job was done by their plumber. I agreed. They had a plumber on the job site super fast. The plumber then calls me and says "I know what you were told about the $89 dollars but yea, forget that. This is going to be $330." I called Gundlach after a plumbing issue occurred on New Years Eve. The call and scheduling went great and they stayed in touch until the two techs arrived. Once they made their way to the problem area it was obvious they wanted to get out quick by offering excuses why they could not make the repair that afternoon. One of them was outwardly rude and obnoxious and apparently anxious to continue with an early start to the holiday weekend.
