Our service tech Kenny was awesome. He was so polite and took the time to explain all that was going on with our system.
We were in the middle of a heat wave in Richmond when our AC suddenly went out—on a Friday, with a 1-year-old and a 3-year-old at home. Most companies told us they might be able to get to us the following week, which was really stressful given the extreme heat. Then we called Gundlach, and they were able to send someone the same day.
