no customer service at all, you call the hot line they hang up on you mulit time and when you finally get with someone they put you on hold half of the time and hang up the phone on you.
Heads up commission-based company that salesman in one city charge you for parts pulled at another city and if you return the part they still want their money so they charge you up to 30% restock fee for parts they had nothing to do with pulling. They just sat there on the phone and accumulate their Commission.
