I JUST WANT MY TIRE BACK! I left a tire there at 10:30am and they told me it would be a couple of hours and that they would call me when it was done. They closed and went home and i never got a call so now i don't have my tire and wheel for my car and have to drive to work tonight on my spare and hopefully when i get off work i can wait around until they open and get my tire back. Regarding store on 2360 S Chambers Rd, Aurora, CO 80014 Crooks like most of them. I got my car back from repair shop 2 days ago and because all parts on the front was replaced it needs alignment I take it there and I got call few hours later " Sorry dude but we need to replace some parts" I explain that the car just got out from repair shop and I was there to watch how mechanics replace all the parts. Rude, do not care about customers lives. Blamed the wrong bolt being used on the maker of the part. Caliper on brand new brakes broke 12hours after work done. They will not garentee work is done properly.
I had a crazy busy day yesterday. Came home at 5:30, found a nail sticking out of tire. Called LS and they said come on in. They close at 6PM, so I told him where I was and he said come on in. They know how crazy busy Canyon rd is during this time of day and they said we will help you! Was there and done by 5:56!!!! The nail wasn't causing leaks! This is regarding the Florin Road store in Sacramento, CA. I recently had my front brakes replaced at this location, but the brakes that were installed were faulty and began to screech immediately after the replacement and within a couple of weeks, began to grind. I took my car back to this location three weeks after the replacement and informed the counter person exactly what was happening in great detail. I have had 2 very bad experiences with the Les Schwab on Walker Rd in Beaverton, OR. I do not know what has happened to Les Schwab, but they seem to only care about making money. A couple years ago, I bought tires for my Kia Soul. About 6,000 miles in, one of the tires bubbled, when I went to get it fixed, they made me pay $45 to get it replaced, it should have been free. I came in for a simple tire rotation. I only came in because I noticed only one car was in the bay and no cars in the parking lot. I assumed they would get me in and out in a fair amount of time. Well, the moment they took my car into the bay 4 more people showed up and 3 of them were served and left before my truck was attended to. I could see from my vantage that they were not working on my truck the entire time and working instead on the the other cars (other than putting a lift underneath it).
