Staff is very friendly and helpful. They go out of their way to help you get where you need to go.

Onalaska campus has a bunch of practitioners/specialists that patients can schedule on certain days. Overall Gundersen really needs to reconfigure their phone transfer protocol. Inveritably, one has to give people info that they don't need or want to hear before you reach your connection. Plus if I am calling the Ona campus number, it should be understood that I don't want the downtown location.
