The guy at Onalska billing department was in a bad mood this morning. He yelled at me and hung up! What a great customer service!
Staff are awesome and very helpful
Came in with our 4 week old to have a tongue-tie addressed. The procedure went very well and the improvement was immediate. Very friendly professional staff and they were sure to do/say whatever they needed to to calm our nerves and explain in great detail what they were doing, why they were doing it, and made sure that we understood and agreed before proceeding.
