I’m absolutely pissed after my son’s appointment today or should I say lack of appointment his appointment was at 3:30. Got there at 3 to check in checked in. They said it’ll be about a half an hour wait. Waited until 345. Went to ask the front desk how much longer For my son’s appointment they’re like we’re sorry you missed it. You never checked in. I am not one to write reviews, but the experience my daughter received from urgent care on July 21, 2025 between 6-7:00 pm, enough information to look up who was on staff that night, warrants some attention in hopes some improvement can be made on their end. My daughter is 22 and lives in La Crosse, she called me to tell me she could feel a small lump in her armpit and it was so sore she could not lift her arm, she also was running a little fever with chills.
