For the most part, the nurses are good. There is one main problem I have though; having to go in SIX separate times for the same problem for them to finally check my gallbladder only to find a large gallstone that could have likely been found the FIRST visit and dealt with, like I explained before. This is the second generation of my family they have cocked up with diagnoses. Do. Better. Please.
I cannot make an appointment to get seen. I call they transfer me to scheduling and then they tell me a nurse will call me to schedule. No nurse ever calls. Still waiting. This is the second time I've tried in the past week. I don't understand why they have a scheduling department if nurses hand to schedule. Also, I don't see why they are paying nurses to schedule appointments. Oh, well. Now I have to go back to my primary so they can refer me somewhere else. Just frustrating.
*Labor & Delivery* Loren was the best labor nurse I ever had. She treated me like I was a real person. An experience I didn’t have before with other hospitals. The delivery room was spacious and beautiful. Equipped with so many methods to manage your labor— I made it 20 hours pain med free with the options and their supportive delivery staff. It was awful I went in there on a Friday night at midnight after an eye injury yard work accident cut my eye across I had a towel on my eye and they put me in a corner for almost 2 hours before they even wanted to even deal with me while I was holding a towel over my eye in pain cuz I was in so much pain I was begging for help and could not see cuz I couldn't even use my good I to see because I was in so much pain temporary jobs to ease the pain and then set me on my way with pain and go to the walk-in Monday a few minutes I... read more
