GUNDERSEN HEALTH seems to have been bought out by either BlackRock, Vanguard or State Street. This emplify switch has been a nightmare for our care! I brought my son to have a minor procedure at the ENT clinic. They had my insurance card but we’re having trouble entering the information because it was an out of state plan. Brennan quoted me a self-pay price of less than $200 which I agreed to. Three months later I get a bill in the mail for $840. I called and spoke to Ma in the billing dept. she refuses to honor the price I was quoted because I have insurance. Yes, I do and Brennan knew that when he quoted me the self-pay price.
