Been waiting for an mri on a very painful knee. Gundersen keeps saying they are waiting on insurance pre-approval. After waiting, I decided to call out insurance pre-authorization administrator and they informed me that there has been NO REQUEST for anything from Gundersen. Thanks Gundersen.

Eye clinic changed my appointment to resident without my knowledge. Coded the appointment incorrectly so insurance wont pay for appointment. Also did tests incorrectly (including acknowledging tests were not valid in notes) still billed at full rate and told there will be no discount even though I have to be seen again to have all the same tests done again. Everyone has been extremely rude at this facility trying to clear up the problems they created
