I called Will for his opinion on a property that I am helping a buyer purchase in Manoa. The home is perfect for my buyers, a Realtor's dream sale. The sellers remodeled the 1930's home and did a great job solidifying the foundation. Because the home was built long ago, we needed an expert 2nd opinion. Will Gundaker of Gundaker Works went out of his way to help me and my family to envision work that could be done to renovate a family home. There were some less than straight forward aspects of the proposed project that he had helpful perspectives on and I found him to be not only very professional but generous with his knowledge and experience. This company was hired to work on the house I live in, and has left the job site unfinished and incomplete. This is months later after the fact. They are fully paid, but still have not come back to finish the job. The supervisor in charge, and has came and told other employees to do a job, then will leave, and does not come back to make sure the job is completed properly. Amazing work from a local contractor. I had them do a couple of jobs on 2 of my houses and was very pleased with the professionalism and attention to detail. Will knows construction and does it right.
