They really need to work on their customer service. Had a difficult time getting information out of them, and when I did, after two days, it was only half of the info needed. Never heard from them again. They do not like to call back. And this was before a definite purchase. Needless to say, I took my business elsewhere, where I got prompt customer service, and the appliances were ordered the same day.
wonderful people to deal with. free delivery and they will take away the old appliance. I called them one day about a washing machine and they were very informative. I decided which washing machine to buy and they brought it the next day. Now I am buying an upright freezer from them.
