After going through a rough couple of years, my son and I found some peace and a sense of home finally at this complex. While our time was short staying here only 2 years, I am grateful for the staff who was a huge help in finding me a suitable home for my kiddo and I to grow a new life. Highly recommend!
Loved living here for 2 years. The best part was the community I found, mostly from the central little dog park. Most everyone I met was full of personality and put meaning to the word community. The apartments themselves wern't too cookie cutter like many are in the Denver Metro. At the time, prices were fair for the proximity to Boulder, and the maintenance crew always were attentive and quick to my requests. They increase your rent the legal maximum every year, or close to it. Plus they charge you another 100+ every month for random stuff. Don't live here, it's just getting nickel and dimed every day Update- the city posted a notice they're threatening to shut off the water today
