Filled out application paid 60.00 was denied. No reason why or explanation why?applied at Yankee springs mobile home park was approved. This place is a joke . Shady manager. I believe she pockets the money that’s why you don’t get a reason . I will never apply here again or refur anyone here. They rip people off and she talks bad about all the residents that live there
