Does not pay their contractors for work on their building. Stiffing the little guy seems to be the way they do business. I would steer clear of this place.
I have been a tenant here for several years and have watched the quality of management gradually decline. Services promised, such as a shuttle to campus, have been offered intermittently at best. Basic amenities like having hot water in the laundry machines have been out of service for over a year. With the transition in management that occurred in January this year, the quality of financial and legal administration has taken a very steep dive. I would not recommend others to rent with this property.
Still hasn't paid contractors that they hired. Wouldn't reccomend. They have staff that think it's funny to reach out to contractors and make jokes about not being paid.
