I moved out of this apartment at the beginning of 2022, and to this day I STILL haven’t received my security deposit back — because their account supposedly had “insufficient funds.” Absolutely unbelievable. This apartment is extremely disappointing. My package was lost in their package room, and despite charging residents for a so-called “secure package system,” management failed to provide security footage or a proper solution. In the end, they only offered a token compensation, far from the value of the item. On top of that, the building has serious maintenance issues. Does not pay their contractors for work on their building. Stiffing the little guy seems to be the way they do business. I would steer clear of this place.

I have been a tenant here for several years and have watched the quality of management gradually decline. Services promised, such as a shuttle to campus, have been offered intermittently at best. Basic amenities like having hot water in the laundry machines have been out of service for over a year. With the transition in management that occurred in January this year, the quality of financial and legal administration has taken a very steep dive. I would not recommend others to rent with this property.
