Cole and his team made this one of the most stress free processes I’ve ever gone through. They answered any little question I ever had and always made me feel comfortable with dropping by the office. Trust me, you will not get a better experience anywhere else!!

I closed on my loan in December 2023 but due to the rain, snow and needing to do more land manicuring, my house wasn’t delivered until July 2024. Do not buy from Gum Tree Homes unless you want to have to hassle and hound them repeatedly for the things they should cover under the year warranty… they are obviously trying to get away from handling what needs to be handled or they are severely disorganized at best. Once the sell was complete we haven’t heard from our sales agent, the move in process was confusing because our salesperson seemed uneducated in the normal process.
