Great experience!!! I was so impressed with this dealership. A friend of mine sent me to Deborah Osgood because her buying experience was so personal and easy peasy. I just went to test drive a few I had been looking at and somehow ended up driving away that day with the car of my dreams. No Hassles - great people We found a great deal on line at Gullo Mazda in Conroe. Our sales rep Logan Johnson and I worked out the details by email and when my wife and I drove to Gullo Mazda, the paperwork was ready and the car was prepped and ready for us to take home. Probably the best car buying experience I can remember. Thanks Gullo Mazda for no "hidden surprises" and thanks Logan for listening to us and for making our buying experience so pleasant.
Gullo Mazda We have been pleased with the service dept of Gullo Mazda in Conroe. Though I always feel repairs at dealerships are on the high side price wise - I did not feel like they were trying to talk us into repairs we did not need.
No benefit to buying local Have no interest in standing behind the car. Buy from another dealer with more integrity, and use these guys for warranty if you are on the north side of town.
Went in for an inspection and the service manager told me that the windshield was tinted and would not pass. Then he said he would check with the technician. He did not come back until the car was failed for inspection. The service manager is a rude a**hole.
Alec B. Purchased a 2016 Maxima twenty eight days later had to totally repair a left rear tire/ lugs/lock/rotor and drum d/t swollen lugs. Not given full disclosure information on the auto, therefore putting my family at risk. Was not willing to take responsibility for repairs or Mia information. Very unimpressed with the sales department, the sales manager, and the finance person. I was quoted a monthly payment amount on a loaded model and then when I get there it's a base model with very few options. Also the lack of communication between the sales manager, the sales person, and the finance person was unnerving. As the saying goes buyer BEEARE. Very unimpressed with this dealership. The sales person, sales manager, and finance person did not communicate during my transaction. They do not seem very interested in selling me a vehicle. Also deceptive, I was quoted a monthly payment for a loaded up vehicle and when I get there it's a base model with very few options. And very unwilling to negotiate with price. This is my first and probably last Maza that I will ever purchase. Buyer BEWARE with this dealership.
