Gullo Ford Conroe Texas Service management is very uncaring or unconcerned about their customers and only interested in making a fast buck on a repair. My new brand F250 truck that I work hard to afford had an ignition problem and I was told by a service teck and then advised by the service manage to tell me there was nothing they could do because they couldn’t just throw parts at a code and problem but admitted that they knew there was a problem with ignition starting issues with past customers with other 250 trucks on the ... read more

Poor customer service charged for services not received and well before recommended service date. Requested recalls / TSBs to be taken care of when I finally got my truck back I was told "they were taken care of" and the noise I was hearing from the recalls / TSBs are "normal that's how this truck sounds" well guess what months later and now my truck is down for those same issues oh and bad body work. When I brought all this up to management I was told "there's no way they would do something like that my service manager has ... read more

After about another mile or so, the air bag warning light started blinking. After making it home, I called Gullo a... read more

Business response:

First of all the $1400.00 was not a diagnostic fee, it was to replace the fuel pump and attempt to rewire the melted wiring harness. It was explained to Mr. ******* prior to this work being accomplished that his 1995 Bronco with 300,000 plus miles on it was going to need more work done to it and unfortunately we do not have any technician capable of rebuilding and rewiring a vehicle that age. As Mr. ******* stated he has been told the same thing by several other shops. Our service director Willie ******* did reach out to Mr.... read more
