Have booked several vacations with Andy the manager at this travel agency! Very helpful and even when we were in Jamaica and had issues was able to call Gulivers to help us with the issues we had! Very happy! It's great to be able to sit down and talk to someone about your vacation details! Thank Andy! Pictures are at Jamiaca Royalton Hideaway.

I've pretty much accepted that I'm not getting the refund I was promised. I cancelled a trip in October and was told I would receive a refund for my trip (minus the cost of my trip insurance, understandable) within 90 days. Gulliver's manager Andy states it was sent to my bank, but after numerous calls with my bank, they state there was never a deposit. I've called every few weeks (because they don't call you, you have to hunt them down) and only gotten the, "There's nothing I can do, but I'll check with higher ups" runaroun... read more

I've dissected cadavers who were more responsive than Gulliver's. I found them frustrating and laborious to deal with. It took almost 2 weeks, numerous phone calls and multiple e-mails to get them to figure out our travel details and set our itinerary. (I guess Gulliver's has never heard of Swift). When I finally tried to pay for the entire trip (some 4 months in advance) Gulliver's insisted, in addition to taking my credit card information over the phone, that I send them a digital image of my credit card (front and back) a... read more

Horrible, worked with Andy. One of the girls in the group canceled and he was to update my reservation to book me into a different room with others going on the trip. Two weeks later, that didn’t happen my hotel was never reserved and now the price has gone up almost $500. As a result I can no longer go on the vacation for my cousins birthday, I am very disappointed.

Extremely disappointing to go to a travel agency to ask for contact information for an airline and for them to completely and utterly be rude and say, " If you have an issue with that airline you can call yourself." I explained to them that I was curious to know if they had an alternative phone number I could contact the airline and the response was, "We can't help you, you'll have to get the information on your own." Seriously? I understand that I didn't book travel, but to be rude and dismissive is absurd. Definitely will ... read more
