What can I say! This was mine & my husbands first out of the country trip & our honeymoon... so I insisted on a travel agent to ease all my worries. A family member referred Cindy at Gullivers in Ft Worth. She was phenomenal, answered all my calls & emails, and took care of everything! We will definitely be using her again!
Never a good thing when my when my agent argues with me and telling me I’m wrong when the end I was correct and you can get early access to universal booking through a travel agent and not staying on universal property. Won’t be using this service again I hope everyone gets caught up on that. Also telling me she was going back to bed while the fast pass system is down is not ok sorry because it started working before the phone system was working.
