Ron showed up promptly and did a very thorough inspection. He took the time to explain how the system was working and maintenance schedules. It was obvious he knew what he was talking about. I will definitely be having Gulliford septic out to service again.
This company and its employees provide prompt, courteous, and efficient service. They responded to our problem with a sewer drain that had been serviced ineffectively by Roto Rooter (they told us that the drainage issue had been corrected, while in fact the problem was worse after they attempted to solve the problem). Should you require any septic and or sewer systems repaired or replaced, I would highly recommend Gulliford Septic and Sewer.
First time living with a septic system. The technician was very helpful and went out of his way to answer all our questions. We even had a question and emailed after hours and had a response first thing the next morning. Highly recommend and will continue to do business with them!
From the time I first called for an appointment to the end of our service I was very pleased. They made special arrangements and next day service. The technician doing the tank cleaning was great. He answered every single question I had for him, gave me advice on how to keep it in great working order and you could tell he knew exactly what he was doing.
