Are use go at title to do a title search and provide title insurance or a purchase of property that I made in January 2020. Gullett Title did the title search and did not find any encumbrances or easements on the property. When I took possession of the property there was a bad way to get the driveway to tell me that he had it easement across by property to the adjacent lake.
