He was polite, check the washer throughly. Of course the machine didn't make that gringing noise, but said to call him back with any further issues. I was pleased.
Had an issue with the dishwasher flooding the kitchen. Called emergency and maintenance showed up in 10 minutes and fixed the problem right away. He was very polite.
He didn’t do anything but explain how old the dishwasher is and that it doesn’t have features other than length of time washing. The dishwasher still makes weird noises like it is not cycling properly. Nothing more to comment about…
