We initially had a great experience with Stephanie. Since a 2-bed, 2-bath wasn't available at the time, she showed us a 1-bed unit and promised to alert us when a 2-bed opened up. True to her word, she called the next day, and we scheduled a tour. Unfortunately, the experience went downhill from there. After driving 30 minutes for our scheduled appointment (which was confirmed by their automated messaging system), we arrived to find Stephanie wasn't there. Joy was so helpful in all aspects to make a change in our lives. Moving from the second floor apartment to the ground floor is exactly what we needed.
