I moved in 2 years ago sight unseen from out of state, and so glad I chose Gull Harbor! The apartment complex is clean and quiet. I've never felt unsafe taking the trash out at night or worried about my packages being stolen. The apartments are super close to the beach as well as a park and some great restaurants. And for only 600sq ft there is surprisingly a lot of closet space
I personally want to thank Shay & Linda for helping me and my partner secure our first home together ❤️. They made the process streamline and so easy. We tortured and fell in the love with the location and the community is very quiet and respectful. I wouldn’t choose anywhere else for my first home in this city. I want to preface that the leasing woman Shay, and the manager were amazing to work with. I however would like to warn everyone that the apartments do not look like they look online. We drove from Louisiana with a u-haul expecting a nice apartment and found out it isn’t what they show. Lived here for 5 years and privately rented but I just wanted to say Edwin ( Maintenance) is the best. He deserves a raise ! Always kind and super helpful!
