Lived here for 5 years and privately rented but I just wanted to say Edwin ( Maintenance) is the best. He deserves a raise ! Always kind and super helpful!
Living here has been such a blessing! Is quiet, the neighbors are friendly, the staff have been amazing. For my first apartment, I couldn’t be more grateful! Deb helped me throughout the process and was very and extremely accommodating when there was a problem with the first apartment I was going to move in. Couldn’t be more grateful and appreciative for her and her great service!!!
Everything is as advertised on the website in person. Deb was very helpful in showing me around and provided additional photos and information promptly.
This place is a joke! Nothing like the website. From drugs and alcohol residents to lots of noise and screaming and yelling. You walk in the building smell of weed ( marijuana) everyday. I be talking on the phone and all I hear is the downstairs people or next door neighbors. If you looking for a quiet space that you can call home this is not the place. 1bd apartment and they got like I don't even know how many people leaving in a one bedroom.
