Greg at Gull boats is top notch. Had my boat in and out of a different shop for close to 6 months to get the boat to run. I gave up but decided to give Gull boats a call. They had my boat in within the day. Within less than a 6 hours his team had the boat diagnosed and running great. I couldn’t believe it was actually running. I can’t thank these guys enough. Great service. Great people. Ask for Greg.

I think it would be a good idea if they didn't allow their mechanics to physically assault people in front of their service manager. we will never go back!
I purchased my boat from Gull several years ago and they have been great to work with on any maintenance or repairs I’ve needed performed. My most recent experience with their service department is another example of how they go above and beyond for their customers. I was preparing my boat for a big fishing trip later this weekend when I noticed some gear lube leaking from the engine. The worst. I had a nice 02 Skidoo with an electrical problem I couldn't fix so I took it to Gull. They told me the entire electrical system was fried and parts were not even available. So I dumped it on craigslist for a few hundred. The guy who buys it tells me he takes it home and cleans the alternator and it starts up fine. So I paid Gull a hundred bucks so I could throw away a couple grand in value. This is only the worst experience I have had with their service. Nathaniel was super helpful and friendly. It's busy this weekend--just ahead of ski season--but the employees were all happy and hustling.
Gull Boats and RV saved our vacation! We were heading out of town for a week at the lake when we discovered our boat wouldn’t start. After trying over the phone instructions from Joe without success, he said bring it in and we’ll try to get you to the lake. We’d like to thank all the staff who were very friendly and helpful. I recently had an issue with the service department at Gull Boats. It had nothing to do with workmanship but had to do with poor communication or lack there of from the staff. My conclusion was that management was not concerned with customer service. I since learned that this could not be further from the truth. They have gone above and beyond to determine my issues and convince me they care about their customers.
