I called in to ask if they had a part I was in search of and the man who answered was very rude and short. Seemed in NO way at all interested in even TRYING to be of assistance to me. Just solely based on principle I will not be using this company for any future needs. It's a shame too because I work for a yacht servicing company so we could have given them a lot of business...
