I have lived here 4 years and have witnessed this neighborhood in a downward spiral because the General Manager, Lucy, does not enforce the rules on everyone. Lawncare, which is included in the very high lot rent, is pathetic, and Lucy renewed the contract with the same person. This is no longer a true 55+ community, as advertised, because there has been an influx of people decades younger than 55. I find it challenging to pay the lot rent every month and yet they raise it every year when my income is not increasing! I also question why the property does NOT offer insect control to fight the war against fleas and fire ants even though the park charges the residents a monthly fee for every dog! Such Greed!
