I HAD THE MISFORTUNE OF RECEIVING A SERVICE CALL FROM REMO OF GULF STAR SERVICES THROUGH A THIRD PARTY HOME WARRANTY COMPANY. WHEN REMO COULD NOT REPAIR THE WASHING MACHINE HE WAS RUDE AND ARROGANT AND STATED THAT HE WAS NOT GOING TO WASTE ANYMORE OF HIS TIME DIAGNOSING THE PROBLEM BECAUSE THERE WAS NOT ENOUGH MONEY IN THE REPAIR FOR HIM
Extremely knowledgeable and honest. They showed me over the phone how to fix my fridge when they could have just come out here and charge me. Highly recommend them due to their honesty, integrity, and obvious knowledge in this field
Excellent Service and their staff are knowledgeable, respectful and get the job done. Installed a new A/C unit in my house quickly, cleanly and at an affordable price. Will use their services again, if and when the need arises.
