RecommendedStayed here in June, had a wonderful time the staff is super friendly. The grounds are beautifully done with tropical flowers etc. The units were nice and clean. Would absolutely go back.
Poor customer service and no humanity. Beware: Lack COVID flexibility for out of state travelers. As rules and regulations change, they remain stubborn and tone deaf. Will keep your deposit or payment as a credit and only allow you a limited time to use it. Money over lives. Shameful.

Sarah's Seaside is a great vacation location. Steps from the beach, where padded lounge chairs and cabanas are supplied. Kayaks/bikes and beach toys are also available for use. The grounds at Sarah's are beautiful, well kept and the foliage makes you feel like you are in the tropics, so many different palm tress, banana trees (that have bananas growing). The only place to stay! We stayed at Sarah’s Seaside Cottages (Gulfside Resorts) for our vacation. This is the second time we have stayed here. The location is perfect, the staff were very attentive and the house was beautiful. This is the only place we will ever stay when we vacation here.
The pool is never warm. Promises were made that management would turn up the heat so people could use pool. Never happened. Only two children and one man were able to use pool all week. When paying over three thousand dollars to enjoy pool, this was very disappointing. Sad guest from Michigan!
