Highly recommend. I recently had the pleasure of working with Shawn Dunn to buy a home, and I couldn't have been happier with the experience. One of the things I appreciated most about working with Shawn was that he was always on time for our meetings, and responded quickly to any questions or concerns I had. Working with Shawn was a pleasant experience, he is very knowledgeable in many areas of the home buying process and made each step of the way easier as he was there to guide me the whole way through. He was quick and attentive to answer any questions that I had. He also looked out for my best interests which impressed me greatly! Shawn was attentive and communicative from day 1 to help us sell our condo. He was willing to call and chat with us, often after hours or on weekends, making sure to explain any changes he wanted to make to help us move the property. Shawn did an incredible job! I relocated and had no clue where to start. He covered every detail along the way helping me find the perfect home. He also gave me several options on where to obtain pre-approved financing so that I would be ready when we found the right place.
