I went to memorial on feb 5, 2024 for food poisoning. I was billed on March 9, 2024 for my co-pay, but when I went to pay my bill it showed that there was another charge on the account that I was never notified about. When I called and talked to someone in the billing department the lady told me that the other amount that was attached to the account never had a bill made so I was never notified about it. Memorial up charges the patients. Tells them to come back in three months to have more blood work done even though I had no health issues at all. I am in perfect health. I was just wanting to establish a primary care doctor. I asked why? I was told to make sure you are staying healthy. I told her, in three months I will still be healthy. I had an xray done and the doctor couldn't read it herself. She had to have another doctor read it for another $250. Now, the final straw. My mom had to leave after 2 1/2 hour wait time still not seen by doctor she fell and may have hit her head because her head was on the bathtub. They didn’t consider her important. I also had an emergency months ago and way to 2 1/2 hours before leaving

i went to this E R for kidney stones. first i was told i didn't know what i was talking about , after a scan i was told i had a lot of stones. i was given a prescription for some meds and released. i was totally shocked to get a bill for 18,000. they completely gouge the community. beware.

Very rude unprofessional had me brought there in ambulance and no way to get home. Wouldn't pay for transportation after I had a mild stroke non helpful seemed preoccupied with computers

No customer service clinic belittle you and cancel you as a patient when you ask them to do right. The office manager lets call her D never asked why my Husband had appointment , nor could she care less. Patients deserve respect of their time this office is on broad cost us a day pay . since had to take off work.The nurses Pa my hats off to her Heather caring smart. She is a 10. To bad she works for a bad office!

I can understand and even sympathize to a degree with the challenges faced by physicians and support staff, organizing high volume patient traffic, managing multiple patients with sometimes very complicated medical diagnoses. However, a proficient medical team is one whom arises to the challenges they face on a daily basis, as it varies from patient to patient; regardless of age, complication, previously diagnosed conditions, arduous treatments, and likely prognoses.
