UNACCEPTABLE!!! Our Doctors are a part of Memorial my husbands Heart and Cancer doctors both and are wonderful but as for the Circus of a ER you should be embarrassed!!! My husbands Cardiologist sent us straight to the ER after his appointment because of problems/pain/leg blue in he's leg. Woman who puts the arm band on you when u come to 1st walk in she has white hair and is right in front of the entrance, she was unprofessional, extremely rude, she started to laugh at me when I had went to explain that I have been waiting over 2 hours and am having a breathing issue do to being diagnosed with bronchitis by my regular Dr. and born with bronchial asthma... I went into the emergency department this morning and I was met with some of the best customer service and patient care I’d had there in a while! When I was taken back the ER provider on duty, Dr. David Eakes was in the room before I even got settled and then a very good nurse came in behind him. The front desk representative, the vitals office, the Dr, the nurse, the registration rep, and the ultrasound tech were all so attentive. Never had a good experience at this ER ever! I've lived on the Coast for quite some time. And, was inflicted with abusive and unbearable pain too many times here. My last time, they were tripping on something and will be reported to my insurances due to ignoring my reason of visit and choosing something non-related. Horror stories.
I'm a combat veteran that has cancer and low blood and had hard time breathing and had blood waiting for me to resolve my issue. I was treated with contempt from the moment I arrived and denied oxygen both time's I went and was yelled at for asking I wouldn't take someone I hated there for anything.dont waste your time,just suffer and you'll be better off . I honestly don't know how they can live with themselves and we're they find or hire such unprofessional and unkind doctors and staff . Sincerely Mark
