Dirtiest ER I have ever seen I get old places but this was just completely unkept. When housekeeping came through they grabbed garbage didn't pick up nothing off floor but neither did the nurses. And definetly didn't clean the floor. In hallway...staff just chatting like their were at home ..one even Said " I am talking to my dad" do you want to talk to him" to another staff member asking for help. Anthony Stewart (Security Supervisor) he stated was very aggressive with patients that was just recently in a car accident. Stewart became physically aggressive and with threats of violence towards my son & I. He refused to allow me back to see my son, however allowed other patients to arrive and sit back with their family & friends. He’s very incompetent for his age & position…His position should be reevaluated as he is not mentally competent to operate in a critical care unit with patients that is experiencing trauma/traum... read more
My 94 yo mother tripped and fell hitting her head, knee and hand on concrete. With the exception of the admitting woman who was not helpful and acted bored, everyone at the ER was superlative. Dr Rose and Nurse Bailey were extremely attentive and he immediately ordered a CT and several X-rays. Even though the ER was busy, we were able to go home after a couple of hours. It was one of the best hospital experiences I’ve had. Thank you to all who helped us.
