I have been taking my cat to Gilfgate for fifteen years. They are great!
Very pleasant, clean, All the staff very friendly. Don't quite understand who get's waited on first. I know we we're there at 8:40a. 4 other people came after us. Like 9:00a.or so. They were seen before us I rate it a 4 for all, except waiting time.
Fabulous people , awesome customer service. I never wait too long to see Dr Ong. Zuly has great customer service , she's always great and attentive to all of my babies. She always reminds me of their meds or lab work. It's been 15 years I been coming to this clinic. The best in Houston ! Dr ONG and Dr Palmer are my best in my book. Thank you for always taking care of the needs of my babies. HUGS!
