Horrible customer service. The manager was completely wasted when I came in to buy a couple shingles. All I could smell was alcohol on him. He tripped coming down the stairs. This guy is the manager? I said let me talk to your boss. He said I am the boss. Complete disrespectful, unprofessional. The building looks abandoned. Worse place to ever work the branch manager (chancey) will call your children’s doctors and try to reschedule there appointment without you knowing just so he can get a commission and nothing but disrespectful to employees and customers don’t waist your time with an application.
This business definitely deserves their almost five-star rating! I am a flatbed driver and I just made a delivery here. There is ample room to maneuver a 70-ft vehicle. The staff is also super friendly which is why I love delivering to this part of the country! I was uploaded quickly and back on the road to my second stop. I will gladly deliver here anytime!
They have every kind of owens corning shingle in stocks. My new go to place for roofing materials
