I had an old computer die on me and needed it back up without costing me an arm and leg. Nor did I want to hear about how "It's so old and not worth it". Rob was able to diagnose the problem and I was able to take it from there. The bill was crazy cheap too (notably in MY case). I WILL be bringing my future issues to him and pointing others in need to him.
