I would be very cautious when using this company. Our experience has been extremely disappointing and frustrating. Our pool heater repair claim was opened on April 2, and more than three months later, we are still without a working heater. The vendor missed the initial appointment twice before finally coming out to perform the repair. Unfortunately, the heater never worked after the repair—it stopped working the very same day. I needed roofing service immediately and I contacted Choice Home Warranty *CHW). Gulfcoast was dispatched to my home...well you guessed it CHW denied the claim. The good thing...I was able to contract the roofing damage job with Gulfcoast at a reasonable price and professional service.
