This guy is a crook. He did not perform any work and did not return full deposits. I even worked out a payment plan with him and he just did not pay. He is not bonded. Now I know why.
Contractor never cared to finish the last job. We had our pool deck resurfaced. Several delays just to start due to contractor family issues, car issues, being sick etc. Half way through the project he left the fresh cement uncovered and it got rained on. That part of the deck sill doesn’t look the same as the rest. He didn’t finish acid washing all of the deck, parts of the deck are not smooth like the rest. "We decided to look for some local pool builders and we found out that Gulf Water Pools was a few miles from the house. All I had to do is pick up the phone and call them. Then they gave us a few different options for the tile and the coping. My wife was involved in that process and they treated her very nicely. They did anything they can do to make her happy, so I was so ecstatic about it. It's a free form pool with spa and we purchased it for her.
