RecommendedOh how we miss Therese! She knew our property,knew Fl statutes, cared about our community & always responded.
Therese has always had our back. We had some inside water damage before and during Irma, and Therese helped us navigate the insurance & repairs. We live in VT, btw, so her help was essential. She also worked it out to get our Irma-damaged lanai enclosure repaired in the nick of time before rental season. She is always there when we need her to check in when we're not there or be there if we're having some work done.
I am absolutely disgusted with the service I am receiving from Gulf View Property Management! Since the hurricane (over 6 months ago) my condo has suffered massive water damage. It was supposed to have been addressed and repaired yet I was the one doing all the repair work inside and paying for it ... the roof was NEVER addressed! Piss-poor communication and completely unprofessional service is all I have received. It's deja vu all over again.
