This pool service came out to rebuild our filter. They charged money and collected over the phone before the visit. The pool was clean for one day. When we called to ask why, they said there was grit in the pool. We asked our local Pinch a Penny to speak to this person. Gulf to Bay let them know that we had holes in our filter. At no time were we told that there were holes in our filter. If we would have know this, we would have had the filter replaced instead of rebuilt. Great pool service. Family owned. They always take care of our pool and address our concerns. When we first bought our house, we hired them since I am always out of town on business and I didn't want my wife to spend the time on the pool. Well, on one of my trips home I wanted to soak in the spa, but I wasn't sure how to turn on the jets (I've never had a pool before).
