Review update: after leaving the first review, we finally received communication from the company. Unfortunate that it took a bad review to get a call back. Damages from Hurricane were not covered by warranty. Cost us another $2,300. Company did a good job overall. Had to ask them to come back and clean up afterwards.
Just had the pleasure of having our new fence installed after hurricane damage. Great job! very reasonable price , Robbie the installer was courteous and professional and Mike was pleasure to work with. Highly recommend them.
Not sure what a “lifetime maintenance warranty” is worth with this company. While my experience initially with the fence company in paying almost $10,000 for our fence installation was pleasant; I wouldn’t recommend them thereafter if you are ever to need a repair. Our vinyl fence was blown apart by Hurricane Helene. We’ve been calling, emailing, and texting the company ever since. More than a month now. No response. While you can slide them back together yourself the vinyls are custom cut for sections and who best to do it ... read more
I’m not sure if they’ve gone out of business or what? I’ve called, emailed and texted many, many times to get them to fix a broken gate that THEY installed (incorrectly I might add). But I’ve gotten NO response. Don’t waste your time here.
