I’ve been leasing from GTM for 10 years, and their portal makes it easy to request maintenance services. They respond as quickly as possible. Ms. Diana, Ms. Vicky, and Greg are always polite, professional, and very helpful whenever any issue comes up. Thank you Vicky for replying to my texts when I dropped off my rent payments.
This "property management" team is absolutely terrible. They should change their names to "Slum Lord Properties". When a maintenance issue is reported, they will take weeks to repair... if they repair at all. These people need to go out of business.
