Gulf States has the ABSOLUTE BEST customer service. They will go out of their way to help a customer. I’ve needed parts a 2 or 3am and they made them available to me. There is nothing they won’t do to help get a customer up and running. You want to learn customer service, do what they do!!!!!

Megan Sonntag in the Finance department is a pain dealing with. Very irresponsible and unprofessional representation for this company. I have been trying to email and send her our business proof of insurance but she doesn't care to reply until the fourth email attempts. I even had to call this lady to ask for her email information, and endure her bad and careless attitude over the phone. My advice is to avoid dealing with this company at all costs. This is khaled , We had the best service and the best quality and most advance machines at this time for the right price. Most of all Gulf Coast back up their products with guarantee and warranty after the purchase. They helped us in every aspect, such as grand opening, employee training and service seminars. I gave a very poor review to Gulf State and it's operations as my frustration got the best of me in dealing with the challenges of getting my machines fixed. They do take their job seriously and they called me right away and are helping fix the problems. The owner himself got involved to fix the problem we are faced with. I guess we have to talk to right person Pravin. Thank you Pravin, Gulf State and the team for your help.
