We dealt with Camila with the sale of our mom's house after she passed away. Camila was gracious, knowledgeable, accessible to answer questions and concerns. She was also very sensitive to the fact that this had been our mom's home and there were emotions involved. I would highly recommend Gulf State Homebuyers to anyone looking for an honest, professional and caring homebuying operation. This was the best hoe selling experience I have ever had.

Overall the experience went really well. We ran into a few snags with the title, but it was handled well. That made the closing later than expected, but that was at no fault to Gulf State Homebuyers. They were great to work with and I would definitely recommend others to use them.
