This place is known for false positives. After passing 2 fingernail test I received a nail result positive for meth. I retested 2 days later with hair and urine in mobile which was negative for meth. I took another fingernail test in Birmingham a week later and it was negative. If you Google gulf south recources false positive there was even a law suit against them. Extreme lack of professionalism.
Stopped in here a while back for testing and this facility is absolutely disgusting. The entire place reeks of urine and filth. The man at the front desk was gossiping and talking trash about someone. Then I had to bring my specimen into an office and sit it on a filthy desk in front of the examiner. She was wearing no gloves and nothing was cleaned beforehand.
