Joseph is quick to communicate, is highly professional, and is very easy to work with. He takes time with home buyers, making sure they understand each step of the lending process, and is in contact with the realtor, updating each step. Chris Ladner was NOT A MAN OF HIS WORD. The original home loan thru GSM was our first time with GSM. Our loan was handled by Chris L. and was thru Guaranty Home Mortage..We were told we could do a RECAST of our loan when we sold our other home. We followed the recast procedure with GSM involvement and were given multiple delays that drug the process on for 2 months that cost us another 3 months of interest.
