Chris Ladner was NOT A MAN OF HIS WORD. The original home loan thru GSM was our first time with GSM. Our loan was handled by Chris L. and was thru Guaranty Home Mortage..We were told we could do a RECAST of our loan when we sold our other home. We followed the recast procedure with GSM involvement and were given multiple delays that drug the process on for 2 months that cost us another 3 months of interest. I can not give them enough stars. We worked with Joseph Thompson and when I tell you he knows his stuff..... this may give an example...we walked away from additional money towards closing with another company to have Joseph complete our home purchase. He made the process seamless. He had a verbal approval same day and a written one the next. The process was simple, he told us what he needed from us and we provided it.
